With the globalization of the world economy, the rapid development of marketintegration and increasing competition, supply chain management from concept toenter the substantive application and development.Companies using the process ofsupply chain management,which must importance the composition of the various actsor activities of supply chain management implementation. In this backdrop, companiesshould consider above chain (partnerships) of the supply chain, medium-chain (LeanManufacturing), under the chain (customer relationships), with the integration ofsupply chain management and information-sharing on supply chain activitiesconducted, and to protect the business as much as possible to reduce costs, improvecustomer satisfaction and market share, and enhance the competitiveness andprofitability of the enterprise market.In this paper, on the basis of the theory of supplychain management (SCM), combined with the status quo of supply chain managementpractice, conducted a study on the relationship between supply chain managementpractice and corporate performance.This study was drawn from the analysis: based on the theory, this paperestablished a theoretical model,for the impact of supply chain managementimplementation constitutes a dimension of the dimensions of corporate performance.Through questionnaires, collecting the state data of the implementation of supply chainmanagement and the indicator data of corporate performance, using SPSS quantitativeanalysis on supply chain management implementation constitutes a dimension andenterprise performance constitutes a dimension, through factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, to verify the internal consistency of each factordimension and the reasonableness of the theoretical model. Demonstrates theimplementation of supply chain management has a significant impact on businessperformance, the higher the level of the enterprise supply chain managementimplementation, the better their business performance, companies can also beimplemented through effective implementation of supply chain management to obtainhigh-quality, low-cost competitive advantage, and thus turn a profit for the enterpriseto enhance the enterprise performance.
