Research On Enterprise Knowledge Management Chain System Based On Supplychain

With the advent of social development and the era of knowledge economy,the competition among supply chain enterprises has become increasingly fierce.The way of competition has gradually shifted to the direction of enterprise knowledge management.Knowledge management is the superior resource of enterprises in competition and is gradually showing its value.This paper takes the status quo of enterprise knowledge management based on supply chain as the research object,analyzes the application of knowledge management in domestic and foreign enterprises,and builds a chain knowledge management system based on its existing problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.This paper analyzes the research status of enterprise knowledge management in supply chain at home and abroad,and secondly supports related concepts and theories as the basis.Then it analyzes the cases of enterprise knowledge management based on supply chain in domestic enterprises,and analyzes the problems existing in the process of implementing knowledge management,and builds a chain of enterprise knowledge management chain based on supply chain.The operation process of the enterprise knowledge management chain system is introduced in detail.Finally,the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward to promote the enterprise knowledge management chain system.
