As the global manufacturing corporate became mature and competition in the global market intensified, the role of supply chain management in corporate survival and expand became more and more important, effective supply chain management (SCM) has become a potentially valuable way of improving performance.SCM practices are defined as the set of activities undertaken by an organization to promote effective management of its supply chain. Much of the current theoretical/empirical research in SCM practices focuses on only the upstream or downstream side of the supply chain, or certain aspects/perspectives of SCM, and most practices of SCM have not success in prospective. So this research take China manufacturing corporate as the research background, from the point of the three mainly methods that can resolve questions happen in the practices of SCM, choose strategic supplier partnership, customer relationship, information sharing and supply chain integration as four dimensions of SCM practice, The four constructs not only cover upstream and downstream sides of a supply chain, but also include the foundation and core of SCM; put forwards the hypothesis that the impact of SCM practice on corporate performance is significantly; then bring forward multiply hypothetical relations among the four dimensions and corporate performance in a creative way, according to the hypothesis establish some structure models. Compare and analysis the validated results of the models, get the results of the effect relationships and paths of the four dimensions on corporate performance.Data for the study are collected from 155 China manufacturing corporate, and uses structural equation modeling to verify the hypothetic models. Then get the results of the effect relationships and paths of the four dimensions on corporate performance. Through consulting the hypothetical results, China manufacturing corporate could find the weakness in the practices of SCM and attach importance to the weak. Corporate could also find the key effect paths on corporate performance according to the theoretical model. The conclusions of this research give forwarding directions for the practice of supply chain management on manufacturing corporate.
