The development of science depends on the growth and agglomeration ofacademical talents. This study will analyzethe professorsof “The Cheung KongScholars Program” between1999-2009by literature review and statisticaldescription.It wishes to explore the academicalgrowth path of the newgeneration of academic talents from the change of education path and careerpath.The study found the main characteristics of theeducation path ofprofessorsof “The Cheung Kong Scholars Program” includes:1.Learn the majorsuccessively is an important foundation for the growth of professorsof “TheCheung Kong Scholars Program”;2.There are two main ways to accumulateadvantages, one is sticking to the colleges and universitieswhichhave specialadvantages, the other is pursuing the colleges and universities which havespecial advantages.The study found the main characteristics of thecareer path ofprofessorsof “The Cheung Kong Scholars Program” includes:1.
