In recent years,as China's demographic dividend gradually disappear,and population aging acceleration,labor cost is in a rising trend year by year.In order to reduce production cost,improve production efficiency and manufacturing company to optimize and upgrade industrial structure will also more intense,higher request to the quality of the staff too,have certain knowledge reserves and highly educated high ability of employees has more and more important role for the company,thus to establish a scientific and effective career development path,to meet the demand of employee career development and improve employee's engagement has a very important role.We analysis on the China Resources Snow Breweries at this stage career development path of X company is inconsistent with staff development needs,through to the quality of employees,educational background,age analysis.And combined with X company own needs,be prepared to take career development path,change the existing monorail system by constructing multi-track career development path in order to solve this problem.But this project involving numerous financial resources,material resources,manpower,is very necessary to the scientific theory of project management method applied to multi track system career development path to project construction practice.
