With the development of market economy system, the monopoly of state-ownedenterprises has been broken. To gain an advantage in the fiercely competitive environment,the state-owned enterprises need solve a key problem: how to change from the traditionalplanned economy system, get rid of all sorts of drawbacks of the past businessmanagement, especially the human resource management, by learning and using theadvanced human resource management development potential employee, to createexcellent talents and enhance the enterprises’comprehensive competitiveness.At the background of the lack of career path planning in MM Co. Lit, thesis proposesa new perspective for the application of employee occupation career management of MMCo. Lit, by providing a complete set of occupation career management design ideas andimplementation strategies, to improve and enhance the employee occupation career andmanagement to provide guidance and reference. Based on the study of career developmenttheory and practices, thesis learn and integrate mature research findings of dominate andabroad, systematically analyses the situation and problems of state-owned company’sHRM form industry character and corporation culture, point out the shortage of iron andsteel by state company’s HRM. Combine the real situation of MM Co. Lit, thesis analysesthe problems. Based on the research result, design career path for three kinds ofemployees-management、technology、 skill. At last, combine three career channels, thesispropose the measures to guarantee the career path actualized, and expect to present adirection for improving the quality of staff, strengthening the comprehensivecompetitiveness of the enterprise.
