Although the career path is not the entire matter of individual development, it takes an important position in one life. As a technology of novel human resource management, the career path management has been attracted quickly by the whole society, especially by the employees and some personal departments of all levels, and booms very sharply. Modern career path management has two tasks, the career design and implement of employee-self and the direction and support of organization for employees. As a technology of novel human resource management, the career path management is meaningful for both individual employee and their organization. For the individual employee, the career path management can enhance the holding ability of employees to career environment and controlling ability of to hard environment, help employees to make a harmonic relation between career and family lives to realize their personal goals, and promote and exceed the employee's self-worth simultaneously. For the organization, the career path management can help organization to understand the situation, requirement, ability and goals of employees, mediate the contradiction between company reality and future career chances and challenges, make use of the human resource reasonably and efficiently, provide a fair job opportunity for employees, and it is important for the sustained development of company.Market economy system breaks the situation of power monopolized by state company. To fit the development of market economy, the power company in China raises the goal of"Breaking monopolization, introducing competition mechanism", the power company has entered into the stage of power system reformation in deep. At the same time of organization recombination and system conversion, the power company should get rid of the malpractices of planned economy to modern company, especially for the human resource management, the inertia effect of traditional personal administration system should be conquered, the effective management and reasonable development should be pay more attention, some advanced method in human resource management should be studied to push forward all production and management. The power company should make"people oriented"as the enterprise culture and cohesive force, build the modern system of human resource management, increase the entire ability of employees, improve their enthusiasm and go-aheadism, and enhance the competitive power of the company by a systematic career path management.By the discussion research on the theory of career development and considering the situation of career developing path in CC Electric Supply Co., this paper combine the theory and practice to improve maneuverability, make use of the method of career path planning in CC Electric Supply Co., change the current situation that CC Electric Supply Co.has very few attention and understanding on the career development. By the characteristics analysis of different employees and their work specialty and the reason research on the dynamic structure and flow of employees, this paper can provided a new view of the application of the career path planning in CC Electric Supply Co., present a direction and reference for the career path planning and management levels changing and improving.Based on some related theories of career path, this paper integrates some sophisticated research results at home and abroad, and adopts the methods of literature analysis, demonstration analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Firstly, this paper studied the situation and problem of the entire human recourse in the power company in the fields of business properties and enterprise culture, indicates that there are some drawbacks in the human resource management in the power company, and analyzes the situation and problem of the career path management with the practical situation in the CC Electric Supply Co.. Secondly, this paper designs the career ways for three employees from above analysis results, i.e. the types of management, technology, skill. Finally, this paper proposes some supporting measures for the successful implement of these career paths.At the real background of the lack of career path planning in most CC Electric Supply Co . ,this paper provide a integrated design idea and implement countermeasure for the career path planning and management, and expect to present a direction for the career path planning and management theoretically and practically.
