Compensation Management as one important part of Human ResourceManagement is playing the increasingly important role in the state-owned enterprises.Through the design and management of the compensation system, companies canrealize the attracting and retaining of qualified personnel, paly the effectiveness oftalent, and ultimately commonly achieve the development and growth betweenindividuals and businesses.In this paper, taking ZSY companies as an example,we discuss the issue in depthabout the research on compensation management of the operative staff in state-ownedoil sales, the article introduces the basic concepts of remuneration and compensationmanagement, principles of composition, pay compensation management,compensation management related incentive theory, several salary design system,compensation design factors, compensation design and a series of frequently askedquestions,which is related as salary administration and compensation design,analyzes the development status of state-owned enterprises and the developmentdirection of the Remuneration, focuses on the reality of the situation in ZSYcompany, analyzes the causes and to be finally presented with solutions andcountermeasures for the existence ZSY remuneration management system issues. Inthe paper, we discuss mainly from the company’s strategic analysis, assessment andcapacity gas station job, the pay structure of three job levels in the gas station, theintroduction of innovative management philosophy, examination results were focusedon the application.This article efforts to solve a series of issues.For example, thefrontline staff do not have a sense of belonging, their sense of responsibility is poor,they have not strong sense of service, and the labor efficiency is low, the proportionof fixed remuneration is high.The purpose is to strengthen the ties between employeegrowth and development of enterprises, and ultimately employees and enterpriseswill achieve the "win-win " goal.
