| Nowadays, transformation and upgrading, innovation driven, sustainabledevelopment has become the main contents for enterprises to build up their corecapabilities. Among them, the scientific and technological innovation capability ofenterprises has aroused increasingly public concern. One of the important contents ofthe mentioned subject is the study on the evaluation indicators system of scientific andtechnological innovation capability. China’s private enterprises have been continuingto grow and develop in the process of reform and opening up, made an importantcontribution to the promotion of economic development, social progress and harmonyand stability. With the integration of the global economy, the scientific andtechnological innovation capability of private enterprises has become one of thesurvival and development of the power sources. Based on the analysis and research ofthe domestic and overseas research findings concerning the theory of innovation,through reviewing the development of private enterprises and analyzing their presentsituation of the scientific and technological innovation, also combined with thecharacteristics of private enterprises, the paper explores and constructs the evaluationindicators system of scientific and technological innovation capability of privateenterprises in accordance with the basic principles of establishing evaluation index.Then the evaluation index system is verified by two cases. One is the comparison ofthe scientific and technological innovation capability of five private enterprises. Theother one is the contrast of the scientific and technological innovation capability ofone private enterprise its own in different periods. Finally, practical application andimplementation effect are described in the paper. Moreover, the suggestions of thefurther improvement of evaluation system are put forward. |
