This article analyze the industrial network evolution from the dynamicperspective. This paper use the methods of theoretical analysis, case study andnetwork analysis to study the evolution of industrial network. From the views ofevolution process, network structure changes and the network governance mode, thisarticle analyze the industrial network. Based on the theoretical framework of thispaper, the evolution of TD-SCDMA industrial network is studied. The evolution ofthe TD-SCDMA industrial network is divided into two phases. The factors affectingindustrial network evolution and the changes in the structure and governance modeare analyzed during the two phases. Through the case study, the paper obtain threeaspects of results corresponded to the theoretical framework. Firstly, science andtechnology policy and technology innovation have great influences on the evolutionof the network. The policies are analyzed from three dimensions which are supplyside policy, environmental policy and demand side policy. Innovations affect thetechnical structure and market structure, then promote the evolution of network. Theinfluences of the policies and innovation are changing in the two phases. Secondly, along with the evolution of network, network structure changes too. Members of theindustrial network increases, contacts between them tend to close, the degree ofindustrial concentration decreased, centralization decreased. Thirdly, about thegovernance of TD industry network shift from third party governance to the coreorganization governance, and gradually turn to self organization. TD-SCDMAindustry Alliance plays the key role of the governance in the network, made a greatcontribution to the development of the industry. The role is also changing, with theinitiative to attract more enterprises, organize cooperation and expand industry, tostrictly censor the organizations who want to join the industrial network, establish theindustry norms.
