Growth And Development Factors Analysis For The Private Construction Enterprise

Over the past30years since the reformation and opening-up, China haswitnessed dynamic development and expansion of private-run construction enterprises.The private economy sector has become an important part of the national economyand made great contribution in the aspects of promoting market competitivenessmechanism, creating jobs and increasing the national revenue. However, theprivate-run construction enterprises are facing with common problems like small scale,high degree of concentration, disorderly competition, and deprived opportunities.They still need to constantly improve their own core competitiveness, so as to standout from the fierce market competition.Engaged in the senior management of private construction enterprises for manyyears, witnessed the development of the private construction enterprises development.This thesis based on the enterprise management experience and understanding,combined with the current status of private construction enterprise survival anddevelopment, introduced the private construction enterprises since the reformationand opening-up in China’s construction market status and role. At the same time, thisthesis analyzed the private construction enterprises in tortuous development processwhich is facing the complicated and changeable environment how to timely grasp themarket opportunity at home and abroad, continuously enhance the core competitiveability to achieve leapfrog development. This thesis guided by the theories andmethods of the EMBA, through the SWOT analysis method, analysis of thecharacteristics of private the construction industry. From the strategic management ofprivate construction enterprises to compare and study, and analyzed the influence tothe strategic management of enterprise competitiveness. Meanwhile the thesis putsforward some suggestions on how to play fast development in private constructionenterprises in practice.
