Sustainable Growth Factors Research Of Small Private Enterprises

As Chinese economy is getting market-oriented,the private enterprises appear to develop strongly while small private enterprises are a majority among the private enterprises.In order to carry out the research of small private enterprises better and search some factors of influencing private enterprises' growth,this paper combines the theories of enterprises' growth through the analysis method of theories with demonstration.This paper integrates physical truth of a small private enterprise A and analyzes some main factors influencing the growth of small private enterprises which are market factor,product factor,enterprises financing,internal controlling of enterprises and enterprises innovation.The research of this paper fully combines a factual small private enterprise and gives an analysis basing the mentioned five aspects.This paper has a strong pertinence and reference value for the people who want to establish a business by himself.
