In October8,2012, the State Council officiallyapproved Hubaoyinyu economic zone development plan. Hubaoyinyu economic zoneis defined as a new round of western development growth pole. And how to seize theopportunity and give full play to the leading role of the center city, also how topromote the transformation of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structureand development model, is the current problems to be solved.In this paper, it will take Economic Zone industrial adjustment and developmentmode as the main line. Based on the relevant theory of regional economic cooperationand development and practice, The paper analyzes the current situation of regionaleconomic cooperation and development, mainly includes two aspects, The currentsituation of industry structure and the development of model.Though the analysis of the present situation. It found that there are many currentproblems in the process of Hubaoyinyu economic zone. Such as the industrialstructure is unreasonable, the quality of economic development is not high, foreigneconomic relation is weak, the scientific research level of education is low and thedestruction of the ecological environment.Then, according to the Hubaoyinyu industry development situation to constructthe index system and select Hubaoyinyu2013relevant data. It will use PCA methodto analyze the index system. The results showed that the industrial structure ofHubaoyinyu economic zone is unreasonable. GDP relies on heavy industry pull，The immediate problem is transforming and upgrading the industrial structure. Thispaper further analysis this problem and put forward the related suggestions. At thesame time, using the SWOT and the AHP method calculates the score of eachdevelopment mode. Then follow the priority and the comprehensive consideration toselect the development mode of this area and combine with the characteristics ofHubaoyinyu area to find suitable regional rapid development mode and Realization path.
