Research Of The Influence Of Industry Structure On Ecological Environment In The Hubaoyinyu Economic Zone

The contact and influence between the human economic activities and the eco-logical environment, which is the hotspot issues that the economics, ecology, geogra-phy, sociology,environment sociology and many other disciplines research of. Theindustrial structure is the main way of human effects on the ecological environment,it’s changes not only will promote the regional social economic prosperity but alsowill have an important impact on the ecological environment at the same time, theconsumption of resources of different types of the industrial structure and it’s influ-ence on the ecological environment is different, too.The Hubaoyinyu Econimic Zone uses the local abundant natural resources as theadvantage, make itself the rapid economic development since the implementation ofthe western development strategy, but the ecological environment have been damageddue to the unreasonable of the industrial structure between the regions, at the sametime when the economic get rapid development. Since2010, the country tried to buildthe economic zone as the key energy base in China, and in2012, the Communist Par-ty of Chinese eighteen big report puts forward the construction of ecological civiliza-tion construction, the Hubaoyinyu economic region as the point of the economicgrowth in the west of China, it’s protection of the ecological environment becomes thepriority among priorities when promoting the economic development. When the en-vironmental pollution effect on the micro level economic zones gets more and morerestricted, the people begin to focus on the industrial structure very naturally.In this paper, the environmental impact caused by the changes of the industrialstructure in the economic zone are studied by using sustainable development and cir-cular economy theory combining with the actual situation of Hubaoyinyu EconomicZone. The main contents of the study include: at first, building two index systemswhich are the index of industrial structure and the index of ecological environmentbased on analyzing the the industrial structure and the evolution of the ecological en-vironment. The second, testing and analyzing the dynamic effects on ecological envi- ronment quality caused by the changes of industrial structure in the economic zone byusing the canonical correlation method, cointegration test, impulse response functionand the analysis of variance. The third, getting the index of ecological environmentaleffect of industrial structure of the Hubaoyinyu Economic Zone by carrying on theempirical research and analysis about the ecological environment on each subdivisionindustry of the economic zone. The fourth, on the basis of the empirical analysis,proposing what measures should the enterprise and the government take to optimizethe industrial structure and reduce the impact of different types of industry on theecological environment, and put forward a series of countermeasures to make theecological environment be improved.The empirical results show that there is a long-term dynamic equilibrium rela-tionship between the industrial structure and the ecological environment of Hu-baoyinyu Economic Zone, increasing the proportion of the first industry will cause asmall amplitude pollution of ecological environment, and with the passage of time,the influence gradually weakened. Increasing the proportion of the second industrywill cause a large amplitude pollution of ecological environment, and its impact onthe industrial solid waste emission is the worst. Meanwhile, increasing the proportionof the third industry will make a certain degree of improvement on the ecological en-vironment; The change of ecological environment caused by the evolution of indus-trial structure should lag behind the change of the industrial structure, but the lag pe-riod is short; The IIISNE of the economic zone is between3.1and3.4, which belongsto the medium level, but there has a tendency to deteriorate in the long run, this turnsout that the negative influence of industrial structure on ecological environment be-comes bigger and bigger.In the development of industrial structure and ecological environment of theeconomic zone in the future, the economic zone should pay more attention to the con-struction of circular economy system and the development of high-tech industry andthe environment protection supervision, in order to promote the economic and eco-logical environment coordinated development better.
