Full employment and economic growth are the two main goals ofmacroeconomic recent years, Xinjiang’s economy has maintained double-digit growthin the level, and slightly faster than the national average, but employment has been amajor problem. Therefore, this article from the perspective of employment in theindustrial development of Xinjiang in a brief analysis of the problems.The article first introduces the background and significance, research backgroundpaper provides a large prerequisite reflects the significance of the theoretical andpractical value of this article. Meanwhile, the existing domestic and foreign researchresults combing classified foreign theories Petty-Clark theorem, law Kuznets,Chenery-Seer Kui lag due to job transfer theory, Ranis-Fei Jing Han model,Jorgenson labor mobility models; Domestic research into the analysis of theemployment problem in Xinjiang, Xinjiang industrial development issues related toXinjiang to explore representation and integrated industrial development andemployment. These are for further study of the text do the theoretical groundwork.Secondly, analyzes the situation and status of each industrial development in Xinjianglabor force. From the overall labor force employment status, employment status andlabor industry specific employment situation in various ethnic groups in Xinjianglabor force status of the representation; two main features from the economicdevelopment, the level of industrial development and industrial development for theindustrial development of Xinjiang statements. And combining chart analysis andstatistical indicators, further summarizes the main issues of employment and industrialdevelopment in Xinjiang exist. Again, as a study object Xinjiang industry, combiningtheoretical foundation, empirical analysis focused on the employment effects ofindustrial development in Xinjiang for labor, select " employment elasticity " of thisindicator, starting from the time series, respectively, with the national comparativeanalysis of different Xinjiang employment elasticity during the comparison ofdifferent industries, employment elasticity Xinjiang industrial sub-sectors comparedto find gaps, filter out some of the great role in promoting employment in theindustrial sector, and employment effects of this type of industry, regression, predict the employment situation in the next few years.
