A large number of home stores grow fast and increase the degree of competition in theindustry. To retain customers, store managers are taking a means to enhance theircompetitiveness in order to get the maximum benefit, such as store layout to reduce thecustomer a reasonable residence time, and reduce the waiting time. With a reasonable andconvenient store layout, you can achieve better customer purchase process quick and easyproduct demands. At the same time, you could be able to provide this convenient serviceand utilize the store’s customers time, guide consumption, generate additional sales.In this paper, A IKEA store as an example of its store layout and product displayconducted theoretical research and analysis. Preferred introduces the background and statusof domestic industry, domestic and international research, raise the overall problem facingthe domestic industry that improve the quality of service and customer satisfactionachieved by optimizing the layout of the store promotion.
