The boutique supermarket is a supermarket that targets high-end consumers and high-income groups such as senior white-collar workers,foreigners,and civil servants in the city.The main products are imported goods,including high-end packaged foods,high-end fresh foods,skin care cosmetics,health products,and high-end alcohol.With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of consumers 'living standards,boutique supermarkets have integrated into their lives at a very fast speed,and consumers' consumption concepts have also changed day by day.High-quality supermarkets with a comfortable shopping environment are also increasingly favored by consumers.In recent years,boutique supermarkets have developed rapidly,and the competition between supermarkets has intensified.Especially with the rapid development of new retail sales and online shopping,supermarket competition has become increasingly fierce,and consumers have put forward higher requirements for the quality of supermarket services.Each boutique supermarket improves the competitiveness of the enterprise by optimizing the internal layout of the supermarket.The internal layout of supermarkets is very important.Scientific,reasonable and distinctive stores not only affect the turnover and gross profit of supermarkets,but also affect the brand image of supermarkets and long-term development.The traditional concept of facility layout is far from satisfying the needs of customers,and it can not effectively reduce the operating costs of supermarkets.The way operators think needs to change rapidly.In order to adapt to the rapid development of the market,we should consider changing from the seller's market to the buyer's market.And according to customers 'needs and convenience to optimize the internal layout of supermarkets,in order to better improve the economic benefits of supermarkets,enterprises can maintain a sustained and stable development.This paper takes the D-boutique supermarket as an example to theoretically study and analyze the internal layout of its stores.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the topic,and summarizes the research status of Supermarket internal layout at home and abroad.Then,through the human factor engineering theory and magnet point theory,we analyze the elements of the optimization of the internal layout of supermarkets,and find out the problems of the internal layout of D-boutique supermarkets through questionnaires and on-the-spot investigations,and analyze the reasons.Then,according to the existing problems,the paper puts forward the internal layout optimization scheme of D-boutique supermarket: from the aspects of customer line,scale factor and commodity display,and evaluates the expected effect of the internal layout optimization scheme of D-boutique supermarket.Finally,it introduces the implementation and guarantee of the internal layout optimization scheme of D-boutique supermarket.
