Research On The Optimization Of SJT Business Process Management

With China’s accession to the WTO and the liberalization of foreign trade management, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises are constantly emerging. Faced with the fierce competition, every enterprise must begin to consider how to defeat the others and make himself stronger. Based on my internship experience in the Tianjin SJT Steel trading Limited company, this paper specifically described the organization structure, present situation, foreign trade business processes. And then I expound the situation of SJT with the change of macro environment and industry and describe the advantages and disadvantages of SJT Company. And then I describe the management issue of business process. The business safety factor is low. The client is likely to follow up the salesman to leave this company. The salesman is responsible for the whole process on his own. The unreasonable organizational structure makes the efficiency very low. And SJT Company is short of the risk control ability and management. All the conditions makes the enterprises have no competitive advantage to succeed. Therefore, it should make itself stronger to avoid defeated. This paper studies how to optimize the business process in term of division of labor and cooperation, improve the process and BPI. By adjusting the organizational structure, adding the domestic trade Dept and general manager, the power of salesmen is decreased and their work are more professional and effective. By BPI, the manger of company can know the work how to proceed and make many decisions for some things so as to manage and control the company. To ensure the optimization can be carried out successfully, we also need to pay more attention to improve the HR, use the advanced IT, improve the management system and establish the corporate culture. At last, Hope this paper will be helpful to all the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.
