The Study On The Influential Factors Of The Supply Chain’s Group Innovation Ability

With the accelerating trend of economic globalization, the competition betweensupply chains has become the mainstream, and innovative ability is increasinglybecoming an important indicator to measure a supply chain’s competition ability.Independent innovation ability of Member enterprises in the supply chain integratewith the cooperative innovation ability between the enterprises effectively, which willaffect group innovation ability of the supply chain. Group innovation of supply chainhas made the member enterprises have complementary advantages, and getcompetitive advantage by implementing the scale effect. The group innovative abilityis concerned with the strength of supply chain’s competitiveness, and determines theintegrated benefit and sustainability of innovation.Based on supply chain theory, innovation theory and system theory，this paperusing theoretical research method, empirical research method and multi-disciplinarycomprehensive research method，discussed the status quo of enterprise innovation andgroup innovation at home and abroad, summarizes the problems of the present study,found that there are few scholars have systematic studied about the innovation ofsupply chain from an overall perspective. Therefore, the focus of this paper is to studythe group innovation ability of supply chain, and discuss the definition, influencingfactors and the model of supply chain’s group innovation ability. Research contents inthis paper have important theoretical significance on promoting the deepeningunderstanding of the group innovation mechanism in our country, on enriching andexpanding the supply chain innovation theory, and on solving the compatibilityproblem of supply chain’s group innovation.The influence factors of supply chain group innovation ability is divided into：theenterprise innovation power, the partnership management, innovation environment,and risk management capability, and the relationship of the five research hypotheseswere put forward strategic supplier. Then，the paper puts forward the researchhypothesis of the relationship between them. Based on the survey and interviews inlarge scale and adopting SPSS and AMOS to build SEM of the supply chain groupinnovation ability,this paper proves its correctness and rationality of the model, andanalysis the supply chain group innovation ability effectively, through descriptivestatistics, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results show that the enterprise innovation power, the partnershipmanagement, innovation environment and risk management ability of all havesignificant positive effects on group innovation ability. The partnership managementalso plays an intermediary role. Through the empirical study,not only the internalmechanism of dependent and independent variables are experiential analyzed, but alsothe interaction relationship between the variables is analyzed in detail. And in thediscussion, the paper explored the issue to consider when member enterprises insupply chain cooperate with other enterprises to innovate. At last, some conclusionsare drawn and measures for member enterprises in supply chain to participating in theinnovation and improving the overall supply chain performance are suggested.
