The Study On Continuous Innovation Dynamic Evaluation In Chinese Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

With the great surge of knowledge economy globalization, small and medium-sizedenterprises in our country not only face more severe domestic and internationalenvironment, but also more fiercely inner and outer competition. Although the problemof small and medium-sized enterprise innovation has been widely concerned, butone-off innovation can’t provide strong guarantee for their survival and development.Continuous innovation can continuously provide lasting profit space and competitiveadvantage for small and medium-sized enterprises. Throughout the current situation ofthe continuous innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,although some achievements have been made, the overall situation is not optimistic.Most small and medium-sized enterprise sustainable innovation dynamic is not enough.Small and medium-sized enterprise has not become the subject of continuous innovation.Contemporary, the development of small and medium-sized enterprise has increasinginfluence on the rapid development of economy in our country. The research of smalland medium-sized enterprise continuous innovation dynamic can help them explore themethod to improve their continuous innovation dynamic, which has the double meaningof theory and practice.On the basis of a summary about the development theory of small and medium-sizedenterprise, theory of continuous innovation, and theory of continuous innovationdynamic, this paper not only has further research on the continuous innovation dynamicof small and medium-sized enterprise, but also identifies the dynamic factor of smalland medium-sized enterprise continuous innovation from the perspective of system. Thedynamic factor system has subdivide both interior dynamic which is composed ofdriving force of continuous profits for small and medium-sized enterprise, theinstitutionalization of research and development department, influence ofentrepreneurship, protection force of enterprise innovation resources, influence powerof enterprise continuous innovation culture, the power of enterprise drive mechanism,and exterior dynamic which is composed of the driving force of science and technology,market-demanding force, market-competing stress, government support. At the sametime, this paper expounds the relationship between the interior dynamic factors andexterior dynamic factors.Scientific and reasonable evaluation of small and medium-sized enterprise continuous innovation dynamic condition is relation to the implementation of the research. Incombination with the dynamic factors of mall and medium-sized enterprise continuousinnovation and following the principle of index set, this paper builds a comprehensiveevaluation system of mall and medium-sized enterprise continuous innovation in ourcountry. At the same time, this paper uses expert empowerment method, Delphi methodand comprehensive fuzzy analysis method to evaluate the weight function of indexempowerment. So this paper builds the appraisal model of small and medium-sizedenterprise continuous innovation dynamic, which provides the theoretical base forempirical research in the next step.The thesis applies the appraisal model of small and medium-sized enterprisecontinuous innovation dynamic to Qingdao biomass energy Co. LTD. in the ending ofthe paper. In this way, this paper comprehensively appreciates the continuous innovationdynamic condition of it. According to the empirical analysis, the author put forwardsome suggestions to improve continuous innovation dynamic of Qingdao biomassenergy Co. LTD. from government and small and medium-sized enterprise, such as,cultivating the spirit of entrepreneurs, enhancing continuous innovation investment,cultivation continuous innovation culture of Qingdao biomass energy Co. LTD., perfectthe enterprise incentive mechanism, actively cultivating innovation talents, improvingthe policy environment of the continuous innovation of small and medium-sizedenterprise, strengthening the construction of government innovation base, establishingthe service system of continuous innovation of small and medium-sized enterprise.
