In recent years, the rapid development of more instant noodle industry, from theindustry perspective, has formed an oligopoly situation. As a local brand, A Companyafter10years of development, has become a group of companies, the current salesdevelopment to all channels. However, the market competition is very fierce instantnoodles, A company wants to compete with many brands, the company’s marketingstrategy will be very important instant noodles business, and now there are still manyproblems A company in marketing, so the need for instant noodles existing marketingcompany A analyze the situation, assess, and then identify gaps, propose a suitablefuture development of the company’s marketing strategy planning.In this paper, by analyzing the current situation of instant noodle industry, fromthe status of starting their own development companies A through4p theory,respectively, from the product, price, place, promotion which face A Quartet ofmarketing strategies for a more in-depth analysis, and through the analysis of instantnoodles Tingyi leader marketing strategy, and then the A’s, by contrast, find the gap inthe A with industry leaders, and then combined with the overall environment ofinstant noodles for Company A detailed analysis done by swot, swot analysis after thepassage would A company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facingare clearly understood. A combined analysis of the4p and the company’s focus is todevelop A company’s future marketing strategy, and make landing implemented withapplication to form a meaningful marketing strategies, and finally to developsafeguards to protect A company marketing strategy smoothly. A paper on thedevelopment of the company’s marketing strategy to provide a basis for futuremarketing companies to make instant decisions, but also to provide a reference for theFMCG industry enterprises.
