With the development of economic and the improvement of living level,the amount of production and consumption of instant noodle increased in past.The instant noodle market had huge potential and broad prospect.The instant noodle predicted by BX food group has been one of the national top three.However,in the market competition,the market share was occupied,which is the great pressure.Now,the group is facing a size of problems,such as,how to seize the market opportunities to break through the bottleneck in the process of enterprise development;how to improve the marketing management level,build a flexible,efficient,practical marketing strategy;how to integrate resources effectively,enhance corporate image,expand the marketing scale,to improve the enterprises' comprehensive competitiveness.This paper takes the marketing strategy of BX food group instant noodles as the research content;analyze the situation of marketing strategy.It analyzes the marketing environment by macro environmental analysis,Potter's five forces model,4P marketing theory.Application of marketing theory to subdivide the BX food group instant noodles market,select the BX food group instant noodles of the target market and target market positioning,on the basis of the BX food group instant noodles target market,marketing strategy was improved,including product strategy,price strategy,channel improvement strategy,promotion strategy improvement,the safeguard measures of macro the BX food group instant noodles marketing strategy improvement put forward from the strategy alliance,strengthen the building of enterprise culture,strengthen the marketing team building.The purpose is that finds out the problems of marketing and formulates the marketing adjusted strategy.
