| With the rapid development of the word’s economy, environmental pollutions becomeworse and worse. Especially, large amounts of greenhouse gas emissions cause globalwarming and abnormal weather, forming a huge threat to humanity’s survival and theeconomy’s development. On this background, low-carbon economy comes into being. Butthe supply chain is a major source of carbon emissions, energy conservation and emissionsreduction related to every aspects of the supply chain. Closed-loop supply chain can notonly reduce the environmental pollution of waste products, but also achieve resource reuse. Therefore it is very meaningful to the energy conservation and emissions reduction tostudy the closed-loop supply chain network optimization problems under the low-carboneconomic background. This paper reviews the previous research on the supply chain network planning, analyzes the current research trends mainly combining the situation of low carboneconomy. Moreover it comes out the research idea of taking the low-carbon considerationinto the closed-loop supply chain network optimization. This paper introduces the theoryof low-carbon economy and closed-loop supply chain, and makes sure the objectives andprinciples of supply chain network optimization under the low-carbon economy. Then, itmakes deeply research on the subject after analyzing the impact of a low-carbon economyon the closed-loop supply chain network optimization.Firstly, it takes a closed-loop supply chain network as the research object in the thirdchapter. It considers the carbon reduction and recycling of waste products at the sametime. According to the carbon trading mechanism, it transforms the carbon emissions intocarbon cost which becomes a part of the operating costs. It establishes a mixed integerprogramming model with the single target of total operating costs minimum to solveresource allocation problems such as the network node location problems, goods trafficon the various paths, transportation mode selection between the node and how to investto carbon emissions reduction technology.Secondly, it also takes a closed-loop supply chain network as the research object in the fourth chapter. It considers the carbon emissions and the response time of thecustomer demand at the same time. According to the carbon tax mechanism, it transformsthe carbon emissions into carbon cost. And based on the time cost coefficient, itcalculates the cost of the delay response time of the customer demand. It establishes amixed integer programming model with multiple targets which includes the operatingcosts minimum, the carbon emission cost minimum and the cost of the delay responsetime of the customer demand minimum. Then the resource allocation problems such asthe network node location problems, goods traffic on the various paths and transportationmode selection between the nodes can be solved. Finally, it conducts case studies in the fifth chapter. It proposes a method of usinglingo software to calculate models’ related data to complete the supply chain networkoptimization. Then with case analysis, it proposes the appropriate measures andsuggestions for implementation of low-carbon of enterprise. |
