With the arrival of the kownledge economy, the high-tech enterprise is emergingconstantly. In the resources which enterprises such as manpower, financial resourcesand material resources, information,etc. have, the human resources are more and moreimportant and have activity. Enterprises obtain for a long time the decisive factor of thecompetitiveness is talents’ sufficient use and are encouraging constantly. Encouragementis one of the most important content and means of manpower resources management.Encouragement to open and satisfy worker’s conditions of different needs, improveemployee’s satisfaction, stimulate the motive of the staff, make it produce and realizethe course that organizes the goal to be particular and behavioral. So, improve the staff’swhole quality, all kinds of staff’s latent energy and enthusiasm of fully stimulatingenterprises, it is the subject that enterprises must consider.Herein research object fit general the intersection of animal and the intersection ofnutriment and Manufacturing Co., Ltd for Qingdao ’ Abbreviated as and fitted thegeneral company) Staff. Fitting the general company recently, more puzzled problemhas been with the development of company, should problem of how to encourage thestaff. Staff’s whole quality is relatively low, it is unable to meet the company toparticipate in the market competition and requirement that seeks development; Staff’sworking enthusiasm is not high, lack creativity and cooperation spirit; Employeeturnover rate is relatively high, make the company face the problem that talents lack. So,this text regards incentive mechanism problem as the main research contents. Theimprovement of Ann’s general company’s incentive mechanisms of personnel shouldcombine personnel’s characteristic and working property, namely it is different to passthe main demand goals for the current stage of staff of different levels, establish and encourage target and his motivation factor. Pass the demand to them of the forms ofquestionnaire and deep interview--Satisfaction analyzes, find though Ann’s generalcompany’s existing management system has little trouble outwardly, but its incentivemechanism is to remain at more elementary stage, the staff have many potentialdemands that are not satisfied. Through research and analysis to Ann’s generalcompany’s incentive mechanism, can see the ubiquitous problem on the incentivemechanism of domestic enterprise run by the local people at present, so the enterpriserun by the local people must pay attention to improving and upgrading the question ofincentive mechanisms of staff. Fit general company’s incentive mechanisms of staff andimprove the countermeasure and propose involving the following several respect:Company every level employee encourages the improvement, employee of the means toencourage cultivation, setting-up and encouragement countermeasure at fast developingstage that the Company is in at present of consciousness oneself. First of all, combinethe characteristic of fitting the general company, to the encouragement of all level staff,mainly include the encouragement to the top management of the companay and somelower staff. Top staff adopt, encourage and shoulder, to encourage and spend, andcombine the material, culture and spirit to encourage forward; As to lower staff, need toadopt participating in, achievement, training, honor to encourage the way in which themeans combines together. Secondly, as to the consciousness that the staff want to trainoneself to encourage, especially to key staff, namely should regard enterprise staff as thecentre, merge enterprise’s goal together with personal goals of staff, overall, meetdemands of staff stereoscopically and continuously, can fetch to the result of providingfor a rainy day. Finally, because it is at the stage of growing up fast to fit the generalcompany at present, must set up the incentive mechanism at this suitable stage, in orderto guarantee enterprise’s sustainable development.The improvement of the human resources incentive mechanism is to want peoplefirst, is encouraged as required, and direct against the company staff of the differentaspects, make and implement a series of related award reward and design the policy ofexamining with the performance etc., in order to fully arouse the enthusiasm of staff andcreate latent energy, improve the staff’s satisfaction effectively, keep outstanding talentshere, promote the staff’s growth and development, could help the company to grow up and develop in this way, improve the competitive advantage of the company.
