In present-day era of rapid progress of science and technology, the more crucial factor is human resources besides the effective organization of resources and the development of technology if an enterprise wants to take or keep a competitive advantage. In the final analysis the competition among enterprises will be the competition of intelligence of the people. And the question that every enterprise must face and consider is how to establish an effective incentive mechanism based on the enterprise's own characteristics to exert the potential of enterprise's human resources and make it create more wealth for development of enterprise.Small and medium-sized private enterprises has become the important force of sustained, rapid and healthy development of China's economy. Therefore, studying the staff incentive mechanism is advantage to improve the operating performance of the private sector, corporate governance system and organizational structure. And the healthy development and growth of the private sector also conducive to promoting China's overall economic harmony, sustained and healthy development.This thesis analyzed and diagnosed current problems of MS company's employee incentive mechanism bases on the motivation theory in behavioral science, previous research results and the working experience of department supervisor and contractor of project. And it proposed the improvement program by using incentive mechanism theories and considering and analyzing problems in multi-direction and multi-angle, such as improving the efficiency in the use of human resources, people-oriented management, making the incentive methods better etc.
