In the previous studies of the estate market operation attribute, Funds and area can beanalyzed from the estate market in few articles, generally,such as the market demand andsupply factors are observed in the estate market trend. In this paper, selecting31variablesrelated to the estate market operation of24cities in the domestic from2005to2011, Areamatching funds will be analyzed from the estate market operation characteristics situation.In this paper,selecting variables group related to the estate market operationcharacteristic,To identify the approximate variable group by data mining method,andexplore the approximate variable group be similar to the orthogonal, call it proposedorthogonal variable group. Then feature extraction to meet the requirements of the areafactor and the funds factor, while the factor composite score obtained by the characteristicstructure.Meanwhile get a classification is based on the fund factor and area factor method,compared with another classification is based on data mining clustering algorithm, choosea better classification from fund and area factor method. using the composite factor indexobtained by the characteristic structure to analysis levels of urban’s real estate market.Finally, to establish funds the matching of area and bubble relational model, By usingthe model to analysis the reasonable of the real estate market. After analysis to obtainqualitative conclusion: the size of funds and the size of area is exact match, the real estatemarket is reasonable running; funds and area does not match, the size of funds is higherthan the area size, the real estate market operation is unreasonable; When funding does notmatch the area, the size of funds is less than the size of area, the real estate market isreasonable to run.
