In the current environment of economic globalization, the modern enterprise isfacing a more complex and competitive environment, and improve the level of humanresources management in the context of rising raw material costs, commodity pricetransparency, should become a key enterprise development. The development ofenterprises depends fundamentally on the role of the people depends on theenthusiasm and potential to play. Therefore, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of thestaff, maximize the potential of employees is an important task in the management ofhuman resources.The fundamental purpose of the motivation mechanism of the formation of theofficial order to solve this problem, enterprises incentives is the correct orientation ofthe employees’ work motivation, the enthusiasm and creativity of the work they willbe maintained long-term. How to set up an effective motivation mechanism hasbecome the focus of many corporate research, based on the incentive status quoTZBH its new motivation for enterprises brought tremendous changes.The thesis is divided into five parts: First, the introduction describes the researchbackground, research status briefly motivation and a brief analysis of the importanceof motivation for employees, the description of the research methods and content;Secondly, the concept of human resource management as well as motivation, contents,methods, and the existence of theory to describe; Third, the article describes themodern enterprise motivation status quo and the prevalence of the problem, and avariety of motivation analysis shows, at the same time explain the mode of enterprisemotivation; The fourth paper TZBH as a specific case to the detailed description willbe presented too heavy coastal current motivation, and the company’s position beforeand after the new incentives compared with examples motivation enterprises runningthem played a huge role. Finally, on the basis of the thesis, we come to the full text ofconclusions.
