With the rapid development of economy and tourism of China, hotels spring up around quickly. But there are many problems among human resources management in hotels, which has been an important restricted element in further improvement of hotel management. The challenge of hotel means the competition of talents. It's significant to emphasize on HR management.Through the comparison of HR management of domestic and international hotels, the basic matters of domestic hotel HR management's deficiencies lie in not treating people like a kind of resource and not carrying out encouragement fully among humanized management for the sustainable development. Therefore, the significant subject of hotel HR management is how to implement effective encouragement on the point of humanity.After analyzing some kinds of incentive theories, the essay indicates that the application of human nature assumption theory and our hotel's research on this topic presently. According to these theories , the essay analyzes the problems that existing in the China hotel HR management and the corresponding countermeasure , probing into the motivation from four points which are establishing feasible salary mechanism, paying attention to the realization of staffs self-worth, setting up scientific training system and constructing corporation culture basing on talents.Finally, it carries on the discussion of salary mode of hotel professional manager by motivation theories. The hotel handlers who possess demands and characteristic that are different from general staff, and through the analysis of some main hotel handlers' salary in Anhui, this essay points out some deficiencies on salary and works out annual salary system which is multi-structure rewards.
