However,affected factors, Malaysia domestic economy environment and science and technology levelof the raw materials, electronic components suppliers are concentrated in China’s Pearl RiverDelta region.However, the original electronic manufacturing complex types, upstream suppliers arenumerous, complicated geography, production management processes, so that greatlyincreased the difficulty of coordination management, such as an electronic componentshortages, factories had to stop production to wait for the electronic components arrive at thestation to resume production. But, because of, due to upstream supplier productionuncertainty and located in the downstream customer demand uncertainty, production factoriesare faced with a prediction order, replenishment difficulty double. The case study of Jcompany, is used in traditional supply chain model, which uses a large number of suppliershave high inventory to meet J’s demand uncertainty, each suppliers have set up their own VMIwarehouse to manage different products to supply J company is located in Malaysia factory.This mode in a certain period of time in the past did make J company have made greatachievements, in the supply chain of J company, however, the out of stock rate was kept athigh level, causing the J company high requirements on the transportation time, suppliermajority uses air export, although this can meet the production requirements, has caused a sharp rise in the transportation cost. At present, transport costs account for the total cost ofMalaysia factory8%, and because the air affected the price of international aviation fuelprices are going up year by year, J company needs to reduce the transport cost to maintain theproduct market competitive advantage.In order to solve the present predicament of the J distribution, this paper attempts tooptimize the whole supply chain mode into distribution processing center. Thispaper first analysis of company J in the electronic manufacturing industry products in thesupply chain characteristics, the practical problems in the supply chain with the current Jcompany, find out the optimal point, the establishment of distribution processing center mode,improving transportation mode, in order to achieve the inventory holding cost, transportationcost decline at the same time, reduce the occurrence of out of stock rate.The purpose of this paper is through the implementation of the case of J companydistribution processing center, to analyze the effect of J company cost of supply logistics andsupply chain, and implementation of the model to analyze the effect of verification,summarized the optimization of supply chain mode of the enterprises, the formation ofoptimization problems of supply chain management method of this type enterprise.
