In recent years,with the continuous development of the social economy,the Internet finance is becoming more and more mature,the whole financial market has undergone tremendous changes,the demand for customers is diverse,and it is particularly important for the financial services to meet the needs of the customers in time.As a traditional state-owned bank,A bank faces great challenges and shocks in the current economic environment,while the A bank has a huge complex mechanism,uneven personnel quality,unclear job division and unclear job responsibilities,and the redundancy of artificial personnel and unscientific labor combination,often lead to low operating efficiency.The operation has been greatly affected,and the mode of labor combination and operation mode has not changed,resulting in the lack of the efficiency of the business outlets and even the stagnation of business.How to improve the efficiency of the business outlets,reduce the burden of the business outlets,enhance the service capacity and marketing ability of the network,and optimize the internal operation and management of the business outlets is an urgent problem to solve.In this paper,the typical business outlets of A bank are selected as the research samples,and the current internal management,labor combination,business process and other aspects are diagnosed.The problems existing in the job responsibilities,supervision management,behavior management and other aspects of the current operation optimization of the network are analyzed in detail.Using the related knowledge and theory of operation management and 6S management,combined with the development status of A bank B branch M business network,relying on a large number of data,through the system construction,the hardware construction of 6S management and the software construction of personnel in three aspects,the optimization scheme of internal operation management is designed,and the actual "face to face" of the network is visualized.Observation,collection and research provide assistance for the operation and management of B branch of A bank,so as to enhance the efficiency of business outlets.The results of this study will help the A bank B branch to solve the current management problems,and also provide some reference for other bank outlets with similar problems.
