Research On Status And Countermeasures Of The Economic Development Mode Transformation In Fujian Province

As one of the coastal provinces of more obvious features of export-orientedeconomy, Fujian’s economic development was badly affected by the2008international financial crisis in the context of economic globalization. For theimplementation of the central response to the current international financial marketturbulence and the initiatives to expand domestic demand, seize the historicalopportunity of the central support to the development of the central West Bank,effectively take the “growth” in the more prominent position, and maintain theeconomic growth momentum sustained and rapid, it has been a un-deny choice totransform the economic development mode in Fujian province. Through analyzingand evaluating the status of the Fujian economic development mode transformation,this paper points out the main bottleneck factors, and put forward correspondingcountermeasures for promoting the transformation of the economic developmentmode in Fujian Province.Considering the complexity and comprehensiveness of the economicdevelopment mode transformation, in order to better achieve the objectiveunderstanding the Fujian economic development mode transformation, this paper firstsummarizes the research background, the significance of the research, the domesticand international research status of the research and the meaning of economicdevelopment mode transformation. On this basis, this paper takes a series ofassociated indicators to review the process of the economic development modetransformation in Fujian province, and focus from the perspective of technologicalprogress on the economic development mode transformation in Fujian province toevaluate the current situation, through estimating the TFP(total factor productivity) toanalyze the timing path of the economic development mode transformation in Fujianprovince. Then based on the index of the calculated TFP and its contribution rate, theresource conservation indicators, and other important indicators, we build an indexsystem and use the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method and factor analysis method to evaluate its status. Hereafter, through entropy method the concreteconditions of each city are studied.Based on the study mentioned above, this paper further analyses the stickingpoint of these problems and then expounds some main restrictive factors inconstruction of economic development mode transformation in Fujian province, suchas technological progress lagging behind, innovation capacity urgent need to enhance,development benefits are still relatively low, the overall situation needs to beimproved, economic structure is not reasonable, adjust and optimize are available,regional development is not balanced, integrated and coordinated need urgentimplementation, resource conservation need to be improved, weakest in water-savinglink, institutional mechanisms need to improve, policies and regulations need to beperfect, and so on. Finally, according to the above study and analysis, the paperconcludes and put forward pertinence countermeasures.
