Optimization Study On "System Node" Refined Management Of Chunliang Oil Production Plant

Petroleum is an important national strategic energy. And oil companies are the pulsatiledevice for the petroleum industry. China petroleum industry starts later. So it was mostly runwith military management and battle of extensive management at the beginning period andbegan to focus on promoting the refined management after the reform and opening up.Chunliang oil production plant attaches great importance to refined management ofenterprises. At the moment of promoting the refined management in Shengli Oilfield, itexplores the refined management method on the basis of “Basic Management Year”and“Refined Management Year". After ten years of continuous exploration and improvement, the“System Node”refined management is summed up for relatively matures management modeand popularized extensively in Shengli Oilfield.On the basis of on-the-spot survey on “System Node”refined management status inChunliang oil production plant by a variety of channels, this paper collects systematically therelated data and information of the formation process, content characteristics and operationeffect of it. And thorough analysis and research summary are carried out. On the conclusion ofempirical analysis on problems and reason of “System Node” refined management, theimprovement measures to the mode is put forward as strengthening the ideologicalunderstanding, intensifying the coordination of systems, increasing informatizationconstruction of mode management, supporting dynamic management system, enhancing theteam execution, encouraging technical innovation and so on. And these measures provide aneffective approach on improving further “System Node” refined management mode inChunliang oil production plant and have a certain theoretical and practical significance.
