The Research On The Tax Paying Service Based On The Demand Of The M City’s Taxpayers

Providing Tax Paying Service is the requirement of developing market economy andbuilding service-oriented government. And it’s a very important method to improve thetaxpayers’ satisfaction.Firstly, in order to providing the theoretical basis, the paper reviewed the relevanttheories about tax paying service. Then, the paper analyzed the current situation and theexisting problems of tax paying service in the city of D. At last the paper presented a series ofmethods to solve the problem. Through the research we drew two conclusions. First,providing tax paying service was a complex systems engineering and it’s necessary to makesystematic, multi-level, comprehensive measures. Second, providing tax paying service couldbe achieved step by step and these methods were not isolated, but interrelated and interactioneach other. So it’s very important to clear the plan before starting work.
