Study On The Optimization Of Tax Service Of Local Taxation Bureau Of Jilin Province

The function and scope of government and market has become clear as to offer public product and service with the continuous economic growth in China.Department of taxation is one of the important governmental departments that manage the economy whose service quality will directly influence the image of the Communist Party of China and the government.Thus,to improve and optimize the tax service is one of the significant initiatives of the department of taxation to promote the development of a service-oriented government.As the continuous improvement in the current market,the department of taxation should firmly build an equal concept between tax leviers and taxpayers,stick to levying in compliance with tax law and with courteous service in the process of changing service concept and optimizing taxation service.Through the refinement of taxation service facilities and working procedures,the department of taxation should try its best to satisfy the reasonable needs of the taxpayers,exchange from passive service to active service,direct taxpayers to enjoy the tax-benefit policy to enable the taxpayers enhance their tax awareness,tax obedience and satisfaction,to ensure their due rights and interests so that the current quality of tax service can be improve consistently.This dissertation studies on the Jilin Bureau of Local Taxation,introduces the content,characteristics and definition of tax service.This paper explores the optimization of Tax service of Jilin Bureau of Local Taxation through combining the Theory of Tax Compliance,the Theory of Public Finance,and the New Theory of Public Service,and through applying documentary research,comparative analysis and theoretical and practical analysis.By summarizing and drawing the advanced experience of foreign countries in the optimization of tax service,and analyzing and summarizing the current status and issues of Jilin Bureau of Local Taxation,I thereby promote a detailed solution for optimizing the tax service of Jilin Bureau of Local Taxation——by streamlining the employment structure and the content of tax service,strengthening the information structure,improving the protection of taxpayers' rights and interests,establishing the taxation credit system,and promoting the socialization of tax service and so on,to improve the quality of tax service in Jilin province.
