Research On Cost Early-warning Index Design And Application In Shengli Oilfield Heating Supply Center

Currently, the production and operation environment has had profound changes in ourcountry’s oilfields heating supply enterprises, and the energy demands and environmentprotection pressures are steadily on the increase. At the same time, the cost of oil-gasexploration and development is rising in the leading oilfields which provide less heatingsupply subsidy for heating supply enterprises in public engineering area. Therefore, theheating supply enterprises have to put forth effort on the improvement of cost refiningmanagement level. Taking Shengli Oil field Heating Supply Center as the research object, thisthesis studies the construction and application issues of the cost early-warning index system,combined with its actual production and operation.Concerning the actual production and operation and cost structure and fully affirmed theeffectiveness of cost management about energy consumption, this thesis analyzes thedrawbacks of cost management and control. Therefore, this thesis puts forward the necessityof early-warning system in the Heating Supply Center. Cost early-warning system mainlydemonstrates the design object and principal, content and index system design. With analytichierarchy process, this thesis provides the model of early-warning index system of theHeating Supply Center and Boiler Room, and it analyzes the cost early-warning application.The study of cost early-warning index system’s construction and application will provide newthoughts and methods for the improvement of the cost management and control. It isadvantageous to energy-saving and cost reducing and tapping the potentialities and increasingthe profit in order to realize the optimization of production operation and cost of heatingresources.
