Induction Mechanism On Resource Sharing Of Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

Entrepreneurship Ecosystem has been a new perspective for studyingentrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship Ecosystem has a full range ofcorporate influence on the growth and development of entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurial resource is the core issue. Sharing of entrepreneurialresource has a significant effect on the development. Therefore, strengthenand increase entrepreneurial resource sharing is of profound significancefor the establishment of Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.In this paper, under the background of Entrepreneurship Ecosystemdevelopment, using the results of some studies, we establish resourcesharing models of Entrepreneurship Ecosystem and induction model ofresource sharing, and analyze entrepreneurship, venture capital, brooder,research university, related enterprise and government, with the tool ofgame theory, based on the definition of several subjects. By making use ofStatic Games, adverse selection and dynamic game, we study mechanismof resource sharing and induction and get some enlightenment in this paper.Firstly, we establish the basis game theory model of Entrepreneurship,game theory model of technology sharing, and game theory model of information sharing and then solve the models. Based on the game amongentrepreneurship, venture capital and brooder, we focused on thetechnology sharing between entrepreneurship and research university, andinformation sharing between entrepreneurship and related enterprise.Secondly, we study resource sharing mechanism of EntrepreneurshipEcosystem, and we demonstrate the effect of shareholder ratio and marketinterest rate on the entrepreneurship development; and we demonstrate theeffect of entrepreneurship’s and research university’s behavior on thetechnology sharing; and we demonstrate the effect of information accuracyand information providing cost on the information sharing. We offer someadvice on the base of above analyses and demonstration.Finally，we establish the induction model on the base of resourcesharing model, study the induction path of tax break, subsidy and tax returnpolicies, compare overall subsidy and partial subsidy, and gain somepolitical advice on entrepreneurship development, technology sharing andinformation sharing to theoretically support the establishment ofEntrepreneur Ecosystem.
