So far, there are many similarities for different auditauthorities to manage the projects, kinds of processing management regimeshave been introduced due to the different practices. With the assistance of thePERT methodologies, the author combines the real situations, the knowledge,capabilities and the individual responsibilities of team members, makes theestimation for the time allocated to different items, does reasonable analysis andrestructure for the processing, tailors the selected PERT and digs out the bestsolution for the processing management.The article targets to resolve theshortages of the current audit project management, makes further discussion onthe potentials to improve audit quality and effectiveness by way of the networkplanning technique enforcements.
