Schedule Control Research Of Electrical Project About Linhe Substation's Second Extension Project

This paper studies the progress control problems of the second extension project in Linhe Substation, Inner Mongolia. First, the basic content and technical methods on project progress control are introduced. Second, based on current states of the second extension project in Linhe Substation, Inner Mongolia, problems in the expansion project progress control are described. With the principles of progress control, principles of plan formulation, foudation and control objectives of the progress in Linhe substation's second extension project Schedule are proposed. Based on the principles of plan formulation and control objectives of the progress in Linhe substation's second extension project Schedule, we analyse its control methods and control procedures and propose Progress control method based on the combination of the Gantt chart and Network Planning Map. Finally, Specific optimization measures of the progress control of the second extension project in Linhe Substation, Inner Mongolia are provided.
