Talent resources are important strategic resources to promote economic and socialdevelopment. With great importance to talent development by the domestic and foreign,Haidian District in further established the policy of "strategic of talent", and achieved someresults in aspect of introduction of talents, especially the aspect of high-tech talentintroduction, providing effective intellectual support for the regional development.However, with the development of regional economic and social development andglobalization to deduction, Haidian District high-tech talent introduction work is facingnew challenges.Through the investigation,the study discovered that, the introduction of talent,especially the introduction of high-tech talent, is one of the important problems of Haidianscience and Technology Park. There are many problems such as introduction policylimitation, contradiction of talent supply and demand, fierce talent competition, hugepersonnel pressure, loss of human resources and so on.In order to study the high-tech talent introduction reflects the Haidian science andTechnology Park, discovery park to introduce specific problem in the context of high-techtalent, and has put forward the corresponding recommendations, this study collectedthrough review of relevant literature, discussion and visit the relevant enterprises anddepartments, based on the questionnaire survey, using SPSS statistical analysis tools wereremoved, invalid entry and analysis of the collected data. Using these methods, the researchon the park’s current characteristics, the introduction of talent of the organization systemand the major introduction gripper are analyzed, the introduction of high-tech talent statusto clear the park, found problems plagued Park talent introduction. Then this study at homeand abroad on other countries and regions of the introduction of talent situation analysis,provide experience for the introduction of ideas suggested Park personnel. Finally,according to the analysis, interviews, survey data results, on the basis of the advancedexperience of other countries and regions, according to the existing Haidian science andTechnology Park in the high-tech talent introduction problems of system construction,perfect combination of high-tech talent incentive Park talent to attract high-tech talentmechanism and optimization of the park introduced environmental aspects from theestablishment of a comprehensive system of high-tech talent evaluation standard system, system, this paper proposes the corresponding suggestion, providing the theory referencefor the work of introducing high-tech talents of Haidian Science and Technology Park.
