In recent years, with the development of economy, the private construction enterprises have become an important part of the national economy. Especially with the improvement of the macroeconomic environment, the private construction enterprises are facing huge development opportunities while facing the competition is also growing rapidly. The private construction enterprises want to develop, must rely on the talent to support, and the lack of talent and talent development are out of line status, has become the constraints of private construction enterprise development a big bottleneck. Therefore, research of private construction enterprises to the introduction of talent, the human resources management in enterprises has a very important significance. From Jiangxi province private construction enterprise human resources present situation, widespread lack of talent current situation, but also with the expansion of business scale, the demand for more and more intense.
