With the advent of the era of the global economic integration, the competitionamong enterprises appears more competition for human resource and thus the corecompetitive strength of enterprise relies more and more on the human resourcemanagement. The key of human resource management lies in strengthening humanresource management, enhancing the value of human resource and affirming thecontribution that staff made to the company. The evaluation of performance, an essentialbase of the human resource management, is developing its importance as the tool ofimproving the performance of both the enterprise and its staff. It’s been an unsettledproblem explored years by enterprises in and abroad that how to strengthen themanagement of enterprise performance and establish a system of evaluation for theenterprise.Combining with the scientific performance evaluation and the current situation ofHL Company, the thesis studies an optimized plan for the evaluation of performance forthe enterprise on the basis of theory of performance management. Chapter1expoundsthe background and significance of the subject, the study trends in and abroad and thestudy line and method; Chapter2elucidates the basic theory and method ofperformance management and evaluation; Chapter3conducts an over-all analysis of thecurrent state of the performance evaluation system of HL Company throughquestionnaire, interview, etc. and probes its problems and defects; Chapter4analysesthe optimized plan for the performance evaluation system of HL Company and proposessome practical methods; Chapter5puts forward the safeguard measure of theimplementation of the optimized plan for the performance evaluation system of HLCompany expecting to offer some feasible strategy suggestions to the performanceevaluation of HL Company and even other enterprises.According to the strategy planning and operation goal of HL Company, the authorof the thesis conducts an optimized study of the performance evaluation system.
