Design Of Regional Management Plan For Company A’s Wind Farm

As the deterioration of global ecological environment and the shortage of resources inrecent years, low carbon economy development pattern attracted widespread attention andfavor. Wind power as part of the clean renewable energy section, plays an important role inmost of the countries all over the world. With the rapid development of the wind powerindustry, it is certainly that the industry itself is causing some disadvantage since the siteexpansion is lack of structure. Because of the wind resources mostly are distributed in theremote and steep places, with under-developed economy and scarce of personnel, thesecharacteristics lead to low efficiency and difficulty to management in the industry. Underthis background, the study of wind power industry in the new management model-regionalmanagement mode becomes an urgent research topic.Company A, a new energy company whose business is mainly based on wind powerdevelopment and utilization, needs to explore new modes of operation and managementplan. The dissertation combines the domestic operational management experience in thewind power companies, to explore the implementation of regional management mode,based on the basic management framework proposed to build on the basic idea of windfarm operation, maintenance, information technology, personnel, tools, finance, place aseries of regional management plan design, and use Company A ‘s subsidiary-Rongchengwind farm as the main sample for the study and implementation of management experiment.At the same time, for the future management of the implementation process ofregionalization, the possible issues such as low level of technical personnel, informationsystem may occur, and will not be suited to regional management mode, those problems aresolved in the dissertation with consideration of the company’s development characteristic,to prove that regional management can be effectively attempted and implemented in windfarms.
