Research On Enterprise Information Modeling Based On Express

The arrival of information age makes the domestic traditional manufacturing facingsevere challenge,such as the complicated management, globalized research and expendedbusiness scope.For improving competitiveness, the enterprises need to manageinformationized,the construction of enterprise information model is the foundation of theenterprise informationized and it provides a theoretical guidance for the realization ofenterprise informationized also.But the difficulty is that the existing information model cannot describle the enterprise information comprehensively.The information betweenenterprises are same in some aspect,but are different in other aspects..How to express theinformation completely is the key of building the information model.The research work in this thesis mainly has the following four aspects:1) Established the structure of enterprise information model.Proposed a kind ofenterprise information model composed by product,organization,resource andmanufacturing process.2) Expressed the enterprise information model.Used EXPRESS language to describeeach model with drawing related resource from STEP,PLIB and MANDATE.3) Developed the enterprise information modeling system.Defined the mappingrelationships of EXPRESS data schema to relational data base.Build background databaseserver system with SQL Server2000and achieve user management functions by usingVisual C++6.0.4) Studied the method of data exchange in the enterprise information model. Set amenu named “neutral files generated” used to generate the neutral files included geometryand non-geometry information.
