The Situation, Problems And Coutermeasures Of Zhejiang Industrial Clusters

Since the last20century, industrial clusters is playing an important role inpromoting regional economic development, and it becomes increasingly vibrantrecent years. Domestic scholars have done some researches in industrial clusters,but the situation is changing. The main function of this paper is to analyze theZhejiang industrial clusters’situation,problems and countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction,describing the rise of industrial clusters in the global situation and thesignificance of government policy in the industrial cluster; second part, mainlydiscusses industry cluster concept, characteristics, types, and functions.Thirdpart, focuses on the current situation of Zhejiang industrial clusters, takes P townas an example, tries to explain as a Zhejiang industrial cluster, with surfaceanalysis, analyzed the difficulties in industrial clusters development anddeficiencies making.Fourth part focuses on the practice of industrial clustersand foreign advanced experience, thorough demand factor, supportive factor, essential factor, etc. Fifth part, combined with the above analysis andcomparison， to give some suggestions on the industrial cluster progress. Thispaper adopts empirical methods, comparative analysis, literature researchmethods and other methods, tries to most local governments in trying to play therole of industrial clusters for research, exploring how local government policiesto promote industrial clusters development and how can it play an effective rolein promoting industrial clusters.
