Study On Application Of Management Technology For The Stock Of Shanghai Electric Power Company

Today electric power is essential to our life. As one of the State Grid,High qualitypower supplying is always the ambitious goals. In order to achieve this goals of "efforts togo beyond, the pursuit of excellence", the State Grid has been continuing structural reform,and put forward the theory of "three intensive management and five amplification" namely"the human resources, finance, material intensive management and high focus of planning,construction, operation, maintenance, marketing system ". We can see that the structuralreform is comprehensive from this goal and the material intensive management is one ofthe key points.In my thesis, I make the power supplies warehousing management as a breakthroughpoint. Try to improve the ability of Shanghai materials supply chain. Improving materialsupply capability by the way of reducing the total storage cost as low as possible. The finalgoal is high level material intensive.The head of the thesis focus on the description of the present situation of the Shanghaielectric power stock management. I will analyze the present situation from theclassification of materials, inventory strategy, management mode of the current situation.I will summed up the weak links of the Shanghai Electric Power Materials Management.The middle part of the thesis expounded the ABC classification and some kinds of demandforecasting model. Flexible assemble and apply, reconstruct classification model of powersupplies and inventory strategies. Establish a set of power supplies inventory model andmanagement strategy.Finally, test and verify the practical application and the actualauthentication. The verification results is feasible.
