Research On Construction Of Shanbei Regional Industry Chain And Interactive Development Between Urban And Rural Areas

In recent years, rely on the resource advantages; Shanbei region has made greatachievements in the economic field. Under the guidance of national policy, urban andrural integration also obtained the certain achievement in this regional. At the sametime, we also find some problems in the social and economic development of northernshanbei area. Such as in the northern shanbei region industrial structure is notharmonious； agricultural development lags behind; the farmers’ income andconsumption level is still low.This paper summarizes current situation of economic and social development inshanbei region. And we point out its advantages and disadvantages. We hope to have apositive impact to the region. This paper uses principal component method forempirical analysis. We found that the problem of industrial structure is an importantfactor to hinder the overall planning for urban-rural development in Shanbei region.According to the results of granger test, we found out that constructing regionalindustrial chain has a strong promoting effect on the balance urban and ruraldevelopment in Shanbei region. This paper argues that Shanbei region should beactively build industrial chain between urban and rural area, forming the overallcoordination of the industry system. This is a good way to relieve the contradictions ofurban and rural areas and finally realize the urban and rural development as a whole.
