Rural land shift can make high efficient and intensive use of land resources, and promote rural economic development. Under the background that Chongqing has been agreed as "National Comprehensive Reform Experimental Zones of coordinating development between urban and rural areas", choosing reasonable form of Rural Land Shift become the important task. Coordinating development between urban and rural areas essentially needs that using the advantage of urban economic development to elevate rural economic development, just as we say "Urban Area Elevates Rural Area, Industry Promotes Agriculture".Although traditional land form Improves the land utilization efficiency, optimizes agricultural production factors configuration and increase farmer income, it hard meet the requirements by coordinating development between urban and rural areas what have the urban elements such as technology or capital flowing into rural areas extent after we study by comparing innovational transference form such as joint-stock cooperative system to traditional form such as Subcontract, renting, exchanging and transfer. Conversely, innovational transference form can realize urban-rural interaction and get economies of scale. Putting joint-stock cooperative system and trust land transference form as the choice of transference form under coordinating development between urban and rural areas become the main research contents of this thesis.Studying and choosing reasonable rural land transference form is the right way to solve problem how to arrange the new countryside construction and Urban-Rural integration, which also solves contradiction between modernization of rural production and primitive land utilization, and play an important role in peasant's citizenship and urban-rural interaction.
