Stimulation by YouTube website, many video sites have fast development. During thistime, many video have established, include Youku and Ku6. The video sites meet the need ofusers, but also in line with developments in today’s Internet age. The development of the onlinevideo industry now has become an important way for users to obtain information. As Chinaincreasingly fierce competition in the online video industry, as well as video siteshomogenization more serious, enhance copyright costs, stimulate competition of videonetworking industry. In this context, Youku and Tudou merger iQIYI and PPS merge, settingoff a video site consolidation climax. The future, there will be more video sites to merge road,online video industry is more concentrated market.At present, the domestic video site has been losing money, the online video industry is s tillin the money-losing industry. Although there are many scholars on the online video industr ydevelopment issues in-depth study, but more confined to change the way the video site, there isno depth discussions from the overall industry environment, national policy, it is difficult toremedy.
