The Study On The Model And Constructing Strategy Of The Learning And Wisdom City

With the coming of the knowledge economy, many international cities attempt tocreate the learning city and intelligent city in order to improve the city’s corecompetitiveness. But as the urbanization level rising, the safety, environment,employment and social security are getting worse, and the development of the city isrestricted. So reviewing the development way of city, creating the learning andwisdom city is the important measure to realize their own development. The learningand wisdom city is the new development opportunity to develop the economic of city.Based on the theoretical study of learning city and intelligent city, the articleputs forward a new way of city named the learning and wisdom city, and discusses themodel and construction strategy of the city.
