| Under the circumstances of increasingly serious urban problems, it is the new orientation of city development in all countries to develop city of wisdom so as to offer a new solution. Our country proposed to develop city of wisdom with greater step and faster pace from the 12 th five-year plan to the 13 th five-year plan. But in theory and practice, our country is not mature enough, so it’s meaningful in research and practice to study the operating pattern and the related issues during the process of developing the city of wisdom.The thesis mainly analyzes the problems emerging from the present development of city of wisdom, and based on the analysis and organization of the typical development of city of wisdom at home and abroad, compares the experiences of the development of city of wisdom at home and abroad so as to provide corresponding strategy and measures for our country’s future development of city of wisdom. The thesis analyses the operating pattern of the development of city of wisdom, does research on the city of wisdom in theory and in reality and the operating aim, at the same time offering suggesting strategy. Meanwhile it studies the five operating patterns relating to creating and maintaining the network by government and operators, and compares and balances the two sides’ advantages and disadvantages, finally gives the preferred plan in the actual situations corresponding to the five patterns.The thesis studies how to allow the government, the operators and the product information agents to adjust measures to local and actual conditions to develop the city of wisdom in infrastructure on the basis of network information architecture comprising the core technology. It’s expected to contribute to the practice and theoretical study of development of city of wisdom. |
